Jan Declaration:

Jan Black (Laura’s Mom), claims that in late May/Early June of 2016 Laura came to their house with a black eye. Laura claimed Mike hit her when they were sleeping, stating “it was probably involuntary.” Laura expressed fear about sharing a bed with Mike because he hit her so hard.

Laura states that in May or June 2016, Laura claims Mike hit her in her sleep. She doesn’t know if this was intentional or accidental. “I had a black eye for a day or two after this”

Laura claimed to be in the hospital for surgery prep for an abortion she was getting the following day. She texted this picture to Mike Marraccini to show she was in the hospital getting the abortion.
